On that platform, standard double rooms typically fall within a range comparable to other Hop Inn properties in the Philippines — generally under the mid-range segment. Trip.com updates its pricing daily, and at time of research, rates were among the lower options for a private room near SM Lanang.

Our pick: Who should book Hop Inn Hotel Davao?
For travelers who value a clean, recently built room in a central location and do not need on-site dining, Hop Inn Hotel Davao is a straightforward choice. It suits: the budget-conscious solo traveler prioritizing hygiene and Wi-Fi over frills; the business traveler on a per diem who needs a desk, parking, and proximity to SMX Convention Center; the couple seeking an affordable, reliable city base; and the overnight stopover guest passing through Davao who wants a no-surprises check-in process.
If breakfast, a pool, or soundproofed rooms are priorities, a full-service hotel near Abreeza Mall may be a better fit. But for the core brief — a clean, affordable, well-located room — Hop Inn Hotel Davao delivers.
